How can I track my delivery once it's shipped?
Check your order confirmation email for tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with all the tracking information inside.
If it's shipped via TNT, you will receive a consignment number and you will be able to check delivery progress on TNT website at http://cgi.tnt.co.uk/trackntrace/ or freephone 0800100600
Orders sent via Royal Mail post are untrackable, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

What do I do if the item has been damaged?
Please inspect the item thoroughly for damage BEFORE signing for it or accepting it. If damage has occured, only sign for the item as damaged or reject the delivery. We cannot pursue the issue with our couriers if this is not done.
