We always pass on any comments for the couriers such as leaving your parcel in a safe location, however every courier policies differ and a signature is usually required.

When will my order be available for collection from the Trade Counter?
You will receive an email which will confirm that order is available to collect Alternatively please call 0208 463 9690 to confirm and agree a collection date/time.
What do I do if the item has been damaged?
Please inspect the item thoroughly for damage BEFORE signing for it or accepting it. If damage has occured, only sign for the item as damaged or reject the delivery. We cannot pursue the issue with our couriers if this is not done.
How can I track my delivery once it's shipped?
